Phil started in Real Estate after a career as a Customer Relations Manager in Information Technology for the Federal Government. He wanted a job that would allow building of close interpersonal relationships with clients and stay abreast of the latest trends in technology related to real estate. Real Estate is the perfect balance for helping others find a new home while learning about their personal stories and interests. The technology in real estate is always evolving and improving. With Compass being a high-tech real estate company, Phil is better able to help clients throughout the buying process from the initial home search and market analyses and all the way to the closing. He grew up in Brookhaven and has witnessed Atlanta grow exponentially over the years. After earning a Master’s in Counseling from the University of Virginia, Phil started work for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services reviewing the mental health component of Head Start programs throughout the Southeast. He transitioned to a career in Information Technology and managing networks and customer services with focus on Federal Executives and Political Appointees for multiple Federal Agencies under HHS. His combined interests in technology, real estate, and construction along with his desire to work closely with clients and build lasting relationships led him to pursue a career as a Realtor. He truly enjoys the personal side of real estate and helping others find the perfect home to build a future in!
