About Tammy Richmond

Tammy is passionate about providing her clients one on one support and always working in their best interest. Tammy is well known for going above and beyond for all of her clients. As a California transplant to Dawsonville in 2005, Tammy is well aware of the challenges you may face when moving to a different state. She developed a passion for helping those moving from another state by realizing what information was most important to her before purchasing in a new area. With her knowledge of the area in addition to strong negotiation and research skills, you can rest assured that your personal needs will be given the utmost attention. Tammy has a strong passion and connection to Veterans and active military and is certified in Military Relocation (MREC). As a mother, daughter, and spouse of a veteran, it is an honor to represent and serve all affiliated with the military. Tammy enjoys hiking and kayaking in the beautiful North Georgia mountains and is knowledgeable of outdoor activities and the amenities available in the area.
