The commercial outdoor heaters ($2400) allow almost year-round use of the patio, They added a commercial-grade black aluminum fence to enclose that big backyard at a cost of $6200. With the separate third bay garage for storage and the large upstairs loft, there was no need for a basement. To top it all off, you have the neighborhood pool, tennis courts and clubhouse. They really hate leaving but Steve got a job offer that was too good to refuse. Forever sometimes is shorter than you anticipate.
